Warranty and Complaints
According to BDS-515-88-M12, the warranty period for footwear is 30 days.
Complaints for visible defects are accepted within 3 days of receipt of the product, and those for hidden defects can be submitted immediately after their discovery, but no later than the expiration of the warranty period.
In the case of a non-conforming or defective product, the costs of returning and shipping the replacement product are borne by the seller.
In accordance with art. 120 of the Consumer Protection Act, regardless of the commercial guarantee offered, the seller is liable for any lack of conformity of the products with the sales contract.
For defects that can be remedied, the product will be repaired within 30 days.
The manufacturer does not accept complaints for products damaged as a result of improper use.
Right of withdrawal and return of products
If the ordered products do not meet your expectations, you have the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product, according to the provisions of art. 55 of the Law on Consumer Protection.
To be accepted for return, the product must meet the following conditions:
• be in the original packaging;
• show no signs of use;
• not be damaged;
• be accompanied by the invoice received upon delivery;
• be accompanied by the completed return form.
When refunding the value of the products, the customer must provide in writing the details of the bank account in which he wishes to receive the amount related to the return.
Refunds are made exclusively by bank transfer.
The maximum term for refunding the amount is 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned package at our address.
Return methods
Return via DPD
To return a product via DPD:
1. Download and complete the Return Form:

2. Insert the completed form into the package together with the invoice received from us.
3. Contact DPD to request the return of the package. On the invoice you will find a shipping voucher (return label, not free) that can be used to send the package to us.
The return costs are borne by the customer. The return fee is not fixed and is determined according to the rates charged by the courier company.
Sameday Return
To return a product via Sameday:
1. Download and complete the Return Form:

2. Insert the completed form into the package together with the invoice received from us.
Return costs are borne by the customer and differ depending on the chosen method:
• By easybox – 14 RON

• Pick up from address – 18 RON
Contact one of our representatives to issue a return label.
The return cost will be deducted from the amount to be reimbursed for the returned products.
Product Exchange
We do not exchange products.
We do not exchange for other sizes, colors or models. In the event of a product return, only the value of the returned items will be refunded, via bank transfer.
